I had an account on the other site, do I need to sign up again?

If you had an account on our site from before July 2015 then yes you will - this is easy to do and shouldn't take more than a few minutes; you can create an account during checkout to save more time.


If you had an account on the site after July 2015 (but before this revamp) then yes, kinda - sorta!

We have migrated your name and address (and perhaps your order details) to this new site, but the password you had or your Single Sign On was lost

To get back up and running, follow these steps:

  1. Click LOGIN on the top section of any page (if it says MY ACCOUNT you're already logged in):Click Login
  2. Click `LOST YOUR PASSWORD' TIP: Connect your account with your Facebook account and you won't have to remember another login and password. It's safe, secure, fast and easy If you'd like to do this click the big blue button instead of the LOST YOUR PASSWORD link.acct-2
  3. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and click RESET PASSWORD.

I used to login via Google, can I still do this?
At the moment we have moved to using Social Login with Facebook - we recommend you link your account to save you the hassle of remembering another password. We do plan on introducing more Social Login options in the future and Google will be next on our list!
Do you stock the full range of AIM Products?

We stock all the AIM products that are available in Australia as well as Herbal Fiberblend Capsules. If you are after an AIM product that is not shown in our online store, we can order it for you from New Zealand, simple complete the contact form below with the item(s) you are looking for and we can help.

TIP: New Zealand orders have a flat rate shipping fee - so if you were to order a product that is available in New Zealand, you can save shipping by ordering more than one!

I know it's secure and all but I don't want to order online?

Our online shopping cart is secure so there is no security issues, but some people are just not comfortable in ordering online.

You may telephone your order directly through to the AIM Office in Melbourne and speak to one of the representatives, they will be only to happy to take your order over the phone using your Credit Card.

  • advise the representative of the products you would like to order - remember there is a flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you buy.
  • confirm we have your correct shipping address and have your credit card handy

If you're not currently a member you will need to order a minimum of $85 in order to receive free shipping - current members receive shipping at a flat rate of $11.00.

If you place your order before 11am Melbourne time your order should ship the same day.

What exactly happens after ordering?

(Applicable to orders placed online through our website)

After you place an order, it goes through a few steps:

ON HOLD - This is when you first place your order and before it is sent to the warehouse for processing

PROCESSING - Your order is sent to the warehouse and your credit card is charged during this step

COMPLETED / SHIPPED - Your order has been processed for dispatch and should leave the warehouse the same or next business day. If you have opted to receive tracking information you should receive your tracking details within 12-24 hours.

AWAITING BANK PAYMENT (If paying by Bank Transfer) - We are waiting for your bank payment to arrive before we process your order.

How much is shipping and how long will delivery take?


We will ship your order anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $11.00, no matter how much (or little) you order.
Your order is usually shipped within 1 Business day via Australia Post from Melbourne and should be delivered within 2-6 days after shipment.
We will email you the day your order ships so you will know when to look out for it.

*Orders that contain items that must be shipped from New Zealand will also incur the Flat Rate Shipping fee from New Zealand below.


Orders containing items that must be shipped from New Zealand will be shipped for a flat rate of $20.00 per order.
Your order is usually shipped within 1-2 Business days from Auckland and should be delivered within 7-10 days after shipment.

*If your order contains items that ship from both Australia and New Zealand you will receive two packages and the shipping fee will total $31.00

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All checkout pages on our site are secured using the latest SSL encryption.


Will I Need to Sign for My Package?
Normally, your package will need a signature for delivery. If noone is available to accept delivery a card will be left and the package can be collected from your local Post Office. If you are not normally at home during the day you may wish to have it delivered to an alternate address like a business or friend who is usually at home. You may opt to have the package left without a signature but you take the responsibility for it once it has been `delivered'. **If you would like to have your package left without a signature, you will need to tick the box on the checkout form as below. Checkout ATL Option ** Once the delivery company has marked the package as delivered it becomes your responsibility; if the package is damaged, stolen, goes missing, is eaten by your dog we are unable to reship the package. If you think there is a chance of something happening to the package, do not tick this box.
How long will delivery take?
ORDERS SHIPPED FROM MELBOURNE Most orders will ship the same or next business day. They are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and should arrive within 2-6 business days, depending of course where in Australia you live. ORDERS SHIPPED FROM NEW ZEALAND Most orders will ship the next business day from Auckland. You should allow 7-14 business days for delivery of New Zealand items.
I haven't received my order?
I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER If you have a tracking number, you should visit the Australia Post website and check the status to see where the package is. Usually the package has arrived and is waiting for collection at your local post office. If it isn't or there are problems, please let us know so we can chase it up for you. I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER Complete the Contact Us form below and we will check the status of your delivery. Be sure you have allowed enough time for the package to arrive
Can I track my order?
We use Australia Post to ship our orders and you can get an email update from them with a tracking number and progress updates on delivery. To do this though we need to provide them with your email address. If you are OK with this and wish to receive dispatch and tracking emails be sure to tick the box on the checkout form as below: Tracking Email option

We are not health care practitioners so are limited in what we can say in relation to your health. Who owns and operates this site?
Michael and Penelope Hynes own the business and provide you with the products, service and information that we hope will add value to your life when you become a customer. Our domain name sounds highfalutin but we are ordinary folk who love helping anyone who needs assistance in the area of health and wellbeing. We have been a distributor of AIM products since 2006. The amount of time and energy given to the business over the years depended on what else was happening in our lives at any given time. Michael has now retired from the paid workforce and has made a commitment, with the support of Penelope, to operate the business in ways our customers deserve. He will be in contact with you as much as is your stated preference but never a nuisance. We are not qualified healthcare practitioners though have had a lifetime interest in all areas of human health. We are both graduates of the AIM Academy which gives us the title of Wellness Consultant. Michael is okay about being contacted at any time during the day or early evening. If I cannot provide a solution immediately I will get back to you as soon as I can. I love researching and coming up with solutions to problems for you. We both were born and schooled in Sydney and have lived in all states except South Australia. Michael’s first career was as a cattle station manager in the outback and has taught in Agricultural Colleges in Queensland. This is why we have a strong affinity for those in the bush who can be isolated and have limited access to some services including health. Of course the internet is full of health related information that can be accessed easily by anyone. To have a site to go to where you know you will be well treated and which has quality, whole food, dietary supplements as well as someone you can talk must be of value to our customers. After running a farm stay accommodation facility in the Hunter Valley of NSW we moved to Victoria to be closer to grandchildren and now reside in the lovely town of Daylesford, between Ballarat and Bendigo. We have been a distributor of AIM products since 2006.
Why do you only sell AIM products?
We decided to stick with AIM products only for the Thriving International site as this has worked well for us. In the near future we will have other sites which will mostly be sites relating to the affiliate arrangements we have with a number of companies we have partnered with. We partnered with them because we believe these companies to provide quality products and services.
Why do I need to become a member of AIM and why is the membership number necessary?
You become a member and are given a number when you first make a purchase from the company through one of the independent distributors like us. We then become your “sponsor” and will receive a small commission on any future purchases you make for as long as your membership is current. This happens as long as you continue to order products however you are welcome to come back and order through our site at any time.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
AIM Australia is the local branch for the company for which we are independent distributors, AIM International. All products are dispatched from this facility in Melbourne. This office also arranges all orders of New Zealand products. The staff are very helpful and can be contacted during business hours.
